Expenses related to emergency healthcare, including medicines and hospital visits, will be reimbursed by the firm if no international insurance is provided, and subject to the limitations outlined below.
-
Reimbursement will be subject to internal review and Gears must submit a valid and signed medical report from a well-known healthcare provider. An official hospital, clinic or doctor’s signature or stamp should accompany the prescription, with a maximum of 800 SAR per month.
-
All optics and dental services must be pre-approved by the project partner, written or through email, to be eligible for reimbursement with a maximum of 800 SAR per month.
-
This section is not applicable inside Egypt and medical insurance must be used instead.
Long Business Trips
-
Regular business trip allowances do not apply for trips in this category.
-
All long business trip allowances require prior approval from the employee’s Line Partner and the CHRO.
